Polytechnique: Toronto Film Screening

White Ribbon Campaign has been invited to attend a pre-screening of the major motion film POLYTECHNIQUE on March 18th, prior to it’s English Canada release two days later. As a valued friend and ally of White Ribbon Campaign, we would love for you to join us.

As you know, POLYTECHNIQUE deals with the difficult and tragic moment in Canadian history which resulted in the murder of 14 women at the École Polytechique on December 6th, 1989. I understand that this may be a difficult film for many to experience, but it is our hope that almost 20 years after the Montreal Massacre – it continues the important job of serving as a catalyst for the critical dialogue on this issue we know all to well is not addressed enough.

If you would like to attend please RSVP to nrodrigue@whiteribbon.ca, WRC has a small allocation of tickets for the film and tickets will be given out on a first come first served basis. The trailer is available at www.alliancefilms.com.

Date: March 18
Time: 7:00pm
Location: Varsity Theatre (55 Bloor St. W- Manulife Building)

Please RSVP to nrodrigue@whiteribbon.ca or via telephone at 416.920.6684
