Every year, around Father's Day, we find a renewed interest in the work of the White Ribbon Campaign. As the focus is, obviously, on father's it gives WRC's around the globe opportunity to get their message out about healthy equal relationships.
As mentioned previously, the Vermont WRC held a press conference on Friday. The event was covered by the Burlington Free Press and WCAX Channel 3 News.
From the Boston Globe comes a report that the Brockton Rox, an Independent Can-Am League baseball team, will be encouraging their fans to take a stand against violence at their June 27th game.

Hopefully the momentum produced at this time of year by Father's Day will carry on for the rest of the year until our campaign kicks into gear again in the fall.
