Stilettos, slingbacks and high-heeled pumps replaced police shoes and boots for a few hours last week, as five officers – led by the Police College’s unit commander Supt. Kimberley Greenwood – took part in the second annual “Walk-A-Mile-In-Her-Shoes” event.
The annual event is part of the White Ribbon campaign aimed at highlighting the ills of violence against women.
