Small Ribbon Huge Impact

"I would have never thought a little white ribbon would have made such a big difference in these students’ lives."

The last line from this article from the University of Nevada News nicely sums up the grassroots efforts that White Ribbon Campaign depends on to spread the word and build healthy equal relation ships and gender equality.

A group of students were asked to asked to produce and disperse white ribbons, make presentations and secure donations for a local charity as part of selling to challenge to "give students knowledge and experience in personal selling" while at the same time giving back to the community.

The best part about this story is that students balked at having to compete against each and decided instead to work together, and in doing so beat their goal by over 350% proving that working together we can often make a much larger impact that going about it alone.

I am not sure who designed it but i am loving their angular ribbon logo.
