On July 31st I facilitated a workshop for the World Student Christian Movement’s General Assembly. This opportunity allowed me to speak to a roomful of men from all over the world who are leaders in there own communities. As an organization that has expressed a commitment to gender justice they asked the White Ribbon Campaign to support their efforts in helping end violence against women.

The workshop was extremely interesting and inspiring. It presented unique challenges and amazing opportunities.

Here’s a quote from one of the participants.
“Tuval Dinner made the sharing more pragmatic, for he mostly shared the experiences that he drew from the White Ribbon group, which he works for. This group fights for non-violence against women and it helps spread the message of dialogue, respect and equality between men and women. He challenged us to be vessels of a manifestation of new kind of masculinity where there is mutual trust, respect, equity and equality between men and women.“ -Edwin Opiyo SCM Kenya
